Typically, we will work with ceg’s solicitors to complete pre-purchase technical due diligence, reviewing construction and lease documentation before pulling together budgets on future CAPEX and identifying Dilapidations and Service Charge liabilities. We were able to assist ceg’s Building Surveyor and Asset Manager to work through a relatively complex acquisition, providing some balance to the risk register and accurate budget costings to inform future investment in Exchange Station.
