Our client purchased this Grade II listed building to enhance its value by investing and providing diversity with a mixed-use strategy to lettings.
Gray Scanlan Hill project managed and contract administered what was a complex CAT A fit out of the office floors within the building, enhancing the original features to make it a desirable and interesting work environment. This has helped the client achieve the uplift they desired in rental income and enhanced the value of the asset.
Working with our client and communicating closely, we have assisted in facilitating individual lettings and undertaking CAT B works for incoming tenants to ‘plug in’ and operate successfully, realising rental returns with a quick turnaround.
